Current HCV property owners / landlords may review HAP statements, inspections and tenant case management via our Portal for Owners

First time users Please Register Here for access. You must be a current owner receiving payments and you will need a registration code.  If you do not know your code, please call 864-598-6000. 

All HCV Property Owner/Landlords must have a current email address on file.  You will receive all notices by email, this will include payment adjustments and inspection information.  You must ensure that your account information is updated.  Send your updated contact information to Carolyn Wofford at
