PUBLIC NOTICE FOR PUBLIC HOUSING AND OTHER WAIT LIST

The Spartanburg Housing Authority  Site Based Public Housing wait lists, Mod Rehab wait list and RAD SHA7 wait lists will CLOSE to the acceptance of new applications effective 8:30 A.M. on Friday, August 04, 2017. The wait list closings include the following properties: Archibald Hi-Rise, Archibald Village, Camp Croft, Ellen C. Watson, J. Curtis Anderson, Leland Street, Barksdale, Morningside, Norris Ridge, Prince Hall, Spruce Sheet, TBRA, Tobias Booker Hartwell, and Victoria Gardens Apartments. These wait lists will remain closed until Tuesday, September 01, 2017 with the exception of Archibald Hi-Rise, Archibald Village, Camp Croft Courts, and Victoria Gardens Apartments which will remain closed until further public notice.  

The closing of these wait lists will not affect individuals already on wait lists for the above mentioned properties.
