Applications will only be accepted electronically by applying at portal.shasc.org beginning Monday August 21, 2023, at 9:00am. The application portal will close on Friday, September 8, 2023, at 4:00pm.

• Applicants MUST be 62 or older.

• A total of forty-one units consisting of 36 one-bedroom units and five two-bedrooms apartments, Parkside at Drayton Senior Apartments were built in 2019.

• The apartments are fully equipped with range, refrigerator, washer hook-ups along with central heat and air conditioning.

• Utilities are included.
