**Please note that there are no immediate openings, all applicants will be put on the waiting list. **
 
Spartanburg Housing will accept site-based applications for units located at:
 
1. Cedar Springs Place Apartments (55 years and older)
200 Serenity Springs Lane, Spartanburg, SC 29302
 
2. Cottage Grove Apartments
300 Caulder Avenue, Spartanburg, SC 29306
 
3. Collins Park Apartments
106 Rev. Booker T. Sears St, Spartanburg, SC 29306
 
4. Independence Place Apartments
150 Cedar Springs Rd, Spartanburg, SC 29302
 
5. The Ridge at Southport
305 Grand Central Ave, Spartanburg, SC 29306
 
6. Summer Place Apartments
480 Alma Byrd Lane, Spartanburg, SC 29301
 
7. Victoria Gardens Apartments
695 Howard St., Spartanburg, SC 29303
 
Applications will only be accepted electronically by applying at portal.shasc.org beginning Monday, May 1, 2023, at 9:00am. The application portal will close on Wednesday, May 31, 2023, at 4:00pm.

• Cedar Springs Place has 29 1-bdr units. The apartments include a range, refrigerator, washer/dryer hookups and central heat/air. All utilities are included.
• Cottage Grove has 8 2- and 3-bdr units. All apartments include a range, refrigerator, washer/dryer hookups and central heat/air. Tenants are responsible for electric, water & sewer.
• Collins Park has 100 1-, 2- and 3-bdr units. All apartments include a range, refrigerator, washer/dryer hookups and central heat/air. Tenants are responsible for electric, water, & sewer.
• Independence Place has 44 2-bdr units. All apartments include a range, refrigerator, washer/dryer hookups and central heat/air. Tenants are responsible for electric, water & sewer.
• The Ridge at Southport has 78 1-, 2- and 3-bdr units. All apartments include a range, refrigerator, washer/dryer hookups and central heat/air. Tenants are responsible for electric, water & sewer.
• Summer Place has 53 3-bdr units. All apartments include a range, refrigerator, washer/dryer hookups and central heat/air. Tenants are responsible for electric, water & sewer.
• Victoria Gardens has 80 1-,2-,3-,4-, and 5 bdr units. All apartments include a range, refrigerator, microwave, washer/dryer hookups and central heat /air. Tenants are responsible for gas, electric, water & sewer.
