 SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS

Prospective Offerors desiring any explanation or interpretation of the solicitation must request it by 2:00 pm on Tuesday, August 13, 2019 (Eastern Standard Time), at least seven days (7) calendar days before the IFB due date. This will allow issuance of any necessary amendment to the IFB. Written questions must be emailed to nbragg@shasc.org.

 

Any information given to a prospective Offeror about this solicitation will be furnished to all other prospective Offerors as a written amendment to the solicitation. All communication for this IFB shall be in writing. Any verbal communication in regards to this IFB will be considered non-binding.

 

All responses to the IFB must be enclosed in a sealed envelope and labeled as follows:

All Bids are due by 2:00 pm, Eastern Standard Time, Tuesday, September 3, 2019. Any Bid received after this deadline will not be considered.

 

Offers by telegram, telephone, facsimile, e-mail, and handwritten Bids will not be accepted by SHA.

 

One (1) original and four (4) copies of the Bid must be submitted. The Bids must be submitted in a 3-ring binder and tabbed specific to evaluation criteria. The (1) original Bid must be marked “ORIGINAL” on the first page. An electronic version of the Bid on a thumb drive must be included in the submission packet.

SHA reserves the right to reject any or all Bids with or without cause.
