The department is responsible for ensuring fair and equitable treatment of all vendors who work with the Authority. The SHA Procurement Department works diligently to accomplish the mission while complying with all applicable federal, state and local laws.

If interested in submitting a Proposal/Bid for any of the Current Opportunities listed on the Housing of the City of Spartanburg's webpage.  SHA encourages any Offeror the economic freedom to fill out this form for registering with us.  We will use this information to inform you of any updates such as addenda, new solicitations and awards notices. Click here for Vendor Registration Form. Interested Vendors must submit their  W-9 form with the Vendor Registration Form Click here to download W-9 form.

If interested in becoming a qualified vendor or doing occasional work on our properties.  Spartanburg Housing Authority request you submit the following.  All vendors must submit their current accord 25 certificate of insurance.  Requirements on this will be located in this link Click HereNote: Vendors must submit all the insurance requirements General Liability, Auto, and Workers Compensation to be considered for occasional work as a vendor to Spartanburg Housing Authority.  No exceptions will be permitted.

City Business Licenses are required by any vendor working within the city limits.  Spartanburg Housing Authority requires of all it vendors to submit their city business license.  Click here for City Business License departments city business application.
