PRE-CONFERENCE MEETING: Thursday, April 27, 2023, starting at 2:00 p.m. located at J.C. Bull Apartments, 101 Marion Avenue in Spartanburg. Contractors can ask questions about the IFB and obtain site measurements and pictures. For additional measurement after the pre-bid meeting forward your request to procurement@spartanburghousing.org to further visit the sites.
Bid Meeting: Tuesday, May 23, 2023 at 2:00 pm at 170 Arch Street, Spartanburg, SC 29303 meeting room.
This solicitation will require public opening of bids and will be conducted in compliance with all Federal and State social distancing regulations.
