Special Projects Highland Crossing Northside Page Lake R.A.D. Program

Page Lake

Located in southern Spartanburg County within the ReGenesis Economic Development Organization property. A mixture of multi-family, single-family detached, and duplexes, the Page Lake project will utilize the principles of traditional neighborhood development and will eventually include 480 total housing units. With the first phase of the project – The Ridge, a 78-unit apartment development – already completed, the project is set to move forward this year thanks to state permits that will allow the completion of the Matthew C. Perry Parkway, which will connect the area to Highway 295.
